Mistress MJ got this book and it’s the thing I wanted most of all. Yes, I am easily amused.
It’s “a quirky safety guide filled with practical tips and nutty step-by-step instructions to help readers prepare for a perfect Christmas.”
Although the series is available in both English and French, I was first introduced to the character in French and so that’s the language I prefer to read these in.
What did I get? I got to give my husband a Rookwood Vase that he had his eye n. the look on his face when he saw I was worth the price of admission, alone.
This is a production piece from 1928. The ones that really bring down the house are artists signed velum glazed pieces from 1900 to about 1921. We're talking BIG bucks.
Yes, you???

You ended the sentence in a preposition; is that a "French thing"?
DeleteI got a nose hair trimmer. It also trims the bikini line. I, like MJ, am easily amused.

ReplyDeleteOh, I'm quite sure! This is the first I've heard of them, and there are so many to love. The Art Deco ones are spectacular (and yes, they are REAL).
