Just so you know, three more realtor visits this week.
Realtor No. 3, we liked it. He's coming back tomorrow and showing the house to the other relator in his office for opinion and pricing.
Realtor No. 4 comes today. She's from a company with a hoity toity reputation.
The good news is that none of them have been like Rosa Moline walked in and declared the place a dump. And one even went so far as to confide what I have known all along about the House Hunters Generation.
Next week is setting up more appointments for another moving company to come through.
It simply never ends...
Don't leave us hanging!! What is the insight of the House Hunter's generation? Do they what everything in ship lath. The house done in gray flooring. How about color choices that do not even relate to the time period of the home.
ReplyDeleteI know soon you will settle on a realtor that is not to far out there. I have been around long enough to experience the ups and downs of the housing market. I remember living in DC where there bidding wars and contracts would not close until a small crack in a window was remedied.
We are still at least a week or more from making a decision. We know who sits at the bottom, however.
DeleteMoving is always such an Ordeal, so is Selling and Buying Properties. I'm so glad we got thru our last big Move, which we Hope will be our last. We're getting too Old to go thru all that anymore and have too much Cargo at this Season of Life. Choosing good representation is crucial, I do hope you find the right one.
