    I have no trouble accessing the Hair site, either from the link in the article, or from the side bar. There is a little gray lock at the top next to the web address, and if you hover over it it says "Verified by Google Trust Services." This is all on Firefox browser. On Edge, there is another locked lock, and it says that "connection is secure" and that "certificate is valid."
