Too much...I don't know where to begin...I grew up in the 60's and 70's...I have never seen so many things that are scary...I was in a coffee shop the other day and they had this old coffee table book that was a pictorial of some of the famous interiors during the 70's...The thing that stuck out to me how dark and heavy the interiors were back then...Gloomy...And the patterns...
Oh, heavens. My childhood has just come flooding back. Not nearly enough burnt orange plastic, twisted coloured glass, carved teak ornaments, green onyx. pin thread artworks, dried flowers or hessian, however... Jx
I'll take a wild guess and say that one woman has tennis elbow from rat-combing that blond bee-hive!! I do like the festive felt decorations on the sling. And SHE'S the subtle one in that trio!!
Let the fire took it all including those drapes.
ReplyDeleteNice reference to Psycho Beach Party!
ReplyDelete#2 - neither; BURN BABY BURN!
ReplyDelete#3 - WTF would the "queer eye" guys say about that jacket?
#4 - UGH! 60s living room.
Love candid vintage photos. You just never know what will turn up.
