1961 Chrysler and DeSoto (truncated model year - they shut the marque down in November of that year) had fins; Dodge had reversed fins and Plymouth had none. But Imperial had these monsterous things in the back and free standing headlights up front. Makes me wonder what was going through Exner's mind.
was it 1961 where all mopars lost their fins except the imperials?
