Away in a meowanger #2
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I can never read the words "Away in a Manger" without thinking of a childhood church bulletin wherein the word manger was spelled "manager." THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SONG. Hi, spellcheck!
An idiot cousin of mine from up in northern Ohio always felt the need to call it a "Man-gurr" because it should have been spelled "Main-Jer" to suit his needs. Like I said - he's an idiot.
Great link, Cookie! Now I know what to do with that bag of stale marshmallows in the cupboard. And I REALLY want the Irish manger scene.
My mother has a ceramic kewpie scene she painted herself.....it would fit right in.
